The annual cost for security products and services in Mexico is estimated at 120 billion USD* (7% of GDP), considering segments like electronic security, industrial security/safety, defense systems, police equipment, public security, personal protection, disaster prevention, among others.

The Mexican market for products and services for public and personal security as well as for safety of personnel and facilities has become more and more sophisticated in recent years thus increasing investments, and is heavily dependent on imports.
