Meeting Point Japan

We are delighted to invite you to participate in Meeting Point Japan 2010 – a must for everyone with a professional interest in and ambitions toward Japan.

Meeting Point Japan has over the years developed into possibly the most important and stimulating Japan-Sweden yearly event and 2010 will be no different! We are proud to offer a program filled with presentations by most respected experts, including politicians, diplomats, security and defence specialists, economic journalists and business men, as well as entertainment, mingling and delicacies inspired by the Japanese cuisine.

Meeting Point Japan 2010’s special focus will be on Japan’s role in Asia. We will have insightful presentations by knowledgeable experts from the defence sector and academia, as well as from analytical media. Furthermore, participants will get an update on Japan and Asia from one of Sweden’s most international enterprises, Ericsson. Reports within their respective fields from Tokyo will be delivered by the counsellors at the Swedish Embassy: trade & commerce, investments and science and technology. Key persons from the embassies, government and business organizations, travel agencies will serve you with advice in their respective information booth.
Mr. Sayan Isaksson, Sushi Silver medallist in London 2009 with his composition “Wild Salmon in Tranquillity” in  “The World’s Original and Best Sushi Grand Prix Competition”, will demonstrate and serve his sushi creations!

But most important will be the informal contacts and exchange of experience between the participants – your contribution and presence is important and highly valued!
 
Please register no later than January 20, 2010. Your registration is binding after January 20. The number of participants is limited, first to register gets the seat.
