Almost 130 decision makers within healthcare, representatives of hospitals, major medical organizations and Swedish companies gathered in Prague for the Czech-Swedish Healthcare Forum on March 22, 2011. The event was arranged by the Swedish Trade Council and the Embassy of Sweden in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, VZP CR, Association of Hospitals and the National Forum for eHealth. On Thursday, December 10th, a seminar on Swedish Green Building technology took place at the Residence of the Embassy of Sweden. 54 participants from the Czech private and public sector as well as the media listened to five Swedish companies presenting five aspects of Green Building. Key speaker was Klas Johansson from Jernhusen AB in Stockholm, who presented the probably most talked about building project in Sweden right now: the "Kungsbrohuset" case. After Mr Johansson, Ms Barbora Nelibová from the Czech Ministry of Environment talked about Czech state-run initiatives to utilize energy efficiency.Four Swedish companies active on the Czech market then presented their latest solutions and how these solutions save energy and money for developers as well as tentants. These speakers were Björn Mattsson and Johan Hedve, Skanska; Jan Nordling, ÅF Infrastructure; Wolfgang Hareter, Fagerhult and Karel Pacourek, Nibi /DZD.
